We aim to ship all in-stock items within 1 business day. Delivery usually takes between 1-4 days after the order has been marked as "shipped".
If a product is marked as PRE-ORDER, please allow an additional 1–2 weeks on top of the estimated shipping time shown at checkout for fulfillment.
With pre-order products, the maximum wait time is 3 weeks, however it's very unlikely to take this long — most orders ship out much sooner.

On average, a full bowl and charcoal session gives you around 40–60 minutes of solid clouds — depending how hard you puff and what charcoal you’re using.

Yes! Just unscrew and fill the bottom clear chamber with cold water before your sesh. You’ll get that smooth, filtered smoke and big bubbles Hooki’s known for!

Yep. Hooki fits easily in most bags, and slots into water bottle/cupholders perfectly, giving you that portability factor traditional hookahs can't offer.

Yes — we strongly recommend using Hooki pre-cut foil sheets for the cleanest burn and better airflow. Standard kitchen foil can work but isn't ideal. Hooki Foil Sheets
